    Great Investment I was doing a kettlebell class at my local gym and loved it but found that once a week wasn’t really enough to feel the benefit. I decided to buy my own kettlebell and opted for this one because the weight was suitable to my needs. I was also told to stay clear of the nylon ones as they weren’t as good quality as the cast iron ones. I use fitness videos on you tube and do it a couple of times a week (about 30-40 mins).
