    Butt kicker #2 Being a certified yoga instructor, avid road cyclist and one that practices Kettlebell regularly, the instruction video is too fast paced for those new to Kettlebell and even for the experienced. Lacks proper instruction. The video is produced on a beach, not great for many of us that do not work out on a beach. There is not enough emphasis on safety, proper technique and form..
