    A good smoker but not so great workout video I am an intermediate KB user. I have no doubt that Mr Ross is a good RKC instructor. The workout is intermediate to advanced as promised. Downsides include needing multiple kettlebells and terrible audio visual production. The workout does not flow very easily and the music is some off brand heavy metal stuff that probably appeals to the MMA fans out there. Three stars for the instruction and tutorial parts of the video. It’s a loss on a workout video doesn’t flow like a workout should…
