    Best Crossfit Wraps I have used a lot of grips trying to find the best ones for crossfit. My issue isn’t so much ripping (which every now and then I will still) but more so that it just hurts my hands to hold onto the bar, they feel so tender. Finally I learned how to use grips correctly, they shouldn’t fit tight to your palm but rather have a little slack so when you grip the bar the actual grip will fold over itself on the top.
